All payments are to be processed by time of shipment. Payment may be submitted:

Shipping & Turnaround

Orders ship within approximately 7 business days from Ann Arbor, MI. Orders that are ready to ship and already paid for may ship sooner. If there is any reason that an order will be delayed, the buyer will be contacted via email.

Estimated ship date and shipping costs will be added to your invoice upon acceptance of order. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). Orders that contain mugs and/or 16” x 20” prints ship via USPS Parcel Select (2-8 business days).

*Please allow an additional 5 business days for orders containing print-to-order items, such as State Holiday Cookie cards, Cozy Winter Wishes cards, and States In the Stars Constellation prints.

Returns / Damages

Returns are limited to products that have incurred damage during shipping. Orders are packaged with best care, but even so, occasionally damage can happen in transit. If you receive damaged product, please email a photo of the damaged item(s) to alisa@partyofonepapergoods.com within 5 business days and a return or replacement will be arranged.

Cancellations

Cancellations are limited to orders that have not yet shipped.

EARTH-FRIENDLY PRACTICES

To reduce waste, shipping materials may include pre-loved boxes, packing paper, or bubble wrap. Environmentally-friendly materials and production methods are used whenever possible, including FSC Certified paper, soy inks, and wind-energy.
